so i went to the therapist today, we discussed my parents divorce and seperation quite a bit, i haven't done that really before...but i don't know how needed it is....in two weeks we are going to talk about my family and genetic reasons for my depression...

i'm ready for a nap, but i really shouldn't nap..i should clean up my place more, record music, go out for coffee, exercise, order a pizza, set my 'new' tv up or something..work on my homepage, scan pictures..something other than nap, but i don't know if i can control it right now..yikes..
