sarah came up last night. we went to chili's and ate. i went to the therapist today, and my head was down most of the time. i just woke up from a nap, i don't understand how i just fell asleep on the love seat like that. i didn't want to nap but i fell asleep and woke up in the near dark. my nose hurts a bit right now, like some ingrown hair or somehting, who knows. now i must watch this maytag commercial because the guy is cute, and then proceed to shower. the commercial is over. time to shower.
