so i had my review at work today, it went alright, it was kind of funny reading some of the stuff on there, cause yeah, i know this stuff about me, and i don't know if it's going to change..i do make quick reactions before i hear the whole story, especially at work, because i know that i'm going to get stuff piled on me when i don't have the time already for it..i was disappointed by one thing though..a lot of the stuff is based on a 0-4 scale, 2 being the middle..and everything was at 2, no 3's or anything..which made me a bit disappointed, because i felt that in some areas, i have worked extremely hard

i didn't realize i had so many hours off for dr. appts...and i'm suppose to "work around my schedule" or some bullshit like that...which is basically impossible, but whatever..i also am getting a tiny bit more money than i expected..i guess that the average is 3%, and i got a 3.5% raise, meaning someone will get a 2.5% or something like that..which is really too bad

i guess i'm suppose to take an advanced excel class sometime before june or something, we'll see how that goes..considering that it's a 2 day class, that i don't have to pay for, so that's kind of cool

i talked to kevin for a minute tonight to confirm that i'm still welcome over there, and he seemed alright, he didn't seem as grumpy thank god...but before i go over there, i'm going over to rusty's and have a little preparty before him and sarah go out to the saloon, they have never been there before..so hehehe, that should be interesting for them
